Frank Williams
Frank Williams is a public servant, housing leader, and community advocate with a career spanning government, housing policy, and organizational leadership.
He was born in Waycross, Georgia, and raised in a large family where hard work, discipline, and personal responsibility were part of everyday life. He later moved to Florida, where he began his path in public service and was elected to the Florida House of Representatives, serving his district with a focus on community needs and public responsibility.
Following his time in elected office, Frank relocated to California and became leader in the housing and development industry. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the Building Industry Association's Baldy View Chapter, where he worked with builders, policymakers, and community leaders to support responsible housing development and expand opportunities for homeownership.
He has been actively involved in housing advocacy efforts and played a role in initiatives that helped thousands of individuals and families achieve homeownership. His work has extended across civic, nonprofit, and community organizations, where he has served in various leadership and advisory roles.
Frank’s journey is all about giving back and working hard for the good of others. From growing up in a big family to his key moments in Florida’s Legislature, he talks about the challenges he faced, what he learned, and how it helped him become a leader.
